Could I just mention exim located at http://www.exim.org as a worthy sendmail replacement which I use for all our servers. A couple of weeks ago I lazily left a machine with sendmail and found that you have to jump through various hoops to do such things as get local mail to deliver instantly. Very very silly. Jon
