Xircom 10/100 Network Card and 3Com 10/100 Base-TX

The card appears to work correctly under windows, auto-configures it's self
for 100MBit. I haven't a clue how to do this under FreeBSD, can someone please
tell me what I need to do to force 100Mbit. Is there something else i need to
do to pccardd

The hub it was plugged into is a 100MBit only hub so the ipaddress was not
obtainable, hence [0.0.0.0]
