'which mutt' will tell you where it is installed (if it is). On the closest
machine at work it's /usr/local/bin/mutt, I suspect this is normal as I
didn't do anything odd when building it.

It might not be installed as it's a port.

'cd /usr/ports/mail/mutt && make install' will do the trick.
