Reboot, and when you see the spinning bar in the top left of the
screen hit the space bar. You'll get a boot prompt. type
``boot -s'' and hit RETRUN:
boot: boot -s
You'll get to a prompt to enter the path for a shell. Just hit
RETURN and you'll get a ``#'' prompt. Type ``mount -a -t ufs'',
then ``/usr/sbin/vipw''. This will launch vi(1) with the password
file loaded. Find the entry and delete the (encrypted) password.
Don't delete the ``:'' separators!!.
This is the username

This is the encrypted password.
mark::1001:1000::0:0:Mark Ovens:/usr/marko:/bin/csh
This is with no password.
Exit vipw(1) and then type ``exit'' at the ``#'' prompt and the
boot will continue to multi-user.
